After which you need to contact the Real Estate Management Office to obtain information regarding the policy, procedure and time frame for identifying possible leased space. Requests for long term or temporary occupancy of on-campus building space should be directed to the Institutional Research and Planning Office, 402-472-2097.
If you own property that is adjacent to the campus boundaries and are interested in the selling your property, please contact the Real Estate Management Office to discuss the University's current real estate acquisition criteria.
At this time the University is not interested in selling any of its property.
If you have a question regarding a University-owned property please contact the Real Estate Management Office.
